We offer a full eBay listing service including free collection of your items within a 5 mile radius of WR6 5NE, so whether you are moving house, having a clear out or just don't have time to list and sell the times yourself, we can help.
So how does it work?
* Collection of an item; we can either collect your item(s) or you can send or deliver them to us (by prior appointment). Our collection service is free within 5 miles of WR6 5NE, beyond that radius we charge 0.45p per mile or courier charges where applicable
* Listing an item; we photograph, describe and list your item ensuring that we have covered any points or features that you would like to see noted in the item description. We would then answer all queries related to that item during the period of the listing.
* Upon sale of an item; once your item has been sold we will package and post your items, ensuring adequate insurance with proof of postage.
* Proceeds of sale; when the sale of the item is complete, funds are then paid to you, less Timesaver Concierge fees. Payment will normally be paid within 14 days of receipt of funds from the buyer and can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
Conditions of Sale:
At Timesavers Concierge, we will do our utmost to sell your items however we regret that that we do not accept items that we believe will achieve a price below £5.00. We are happy to advise on other sites that might be more suitable or to bundle items to achieve a best price.
We ask that all items are clean, in saleable condition and that all clothes are freshly laundered. If items have faults or defects these should be brought to our attention so that we can list them accurately and fairly on eBay.
If an item fails to sell, we will relist it up to 3 (three) times. If the item still fails to sell we will contact you to arrange collection. Arrangment should be made to collect all unsold items from us within 14 days of the end of the final auction. If arrangements are not made to collect said items, Timesavers Concierge reserves the right to dispose of the item. For items expected to achieve a price in excess of £50 but which have failed to sell after 3 re-listings, an "unsold" fee of £10 will be payable to Timesavers Concierge.
Fee Structure:
Timesavers Concierge works on a commission fee structure for all items that achieve a final sale price of £50 or less. Thereafter our fees are charged on a time basis for our time spent managing the auction and sale of your items. The hourly rate is £25 per hour (or part thereof with a minimum rate of £6.25). We will write to you at the conclusion of the sale itemising the time spent managing your listings. For unsold items that were expected to achieve a price in excess of £50, an "unsold" fee of £10 will be payable.
We pay for all eBay and PayPal fees plus postage and packaging on items sold below £50.

£5.00 - £20.00 50% of final price
£20.00 - £50.00 35% of final price
£51.00 and above £25 per hour, or part thereof plus Ebay & Paypal fees
Timesavers Concierge can also sell your items on Netmums, Gumtree and local Facebook pages. For larger or higher value items we may be able to get an offer from local, reputable antique dealers on your behalf. We would discuss the best approach based on the items that you wish to sell.
